This delicious black tea is our first foray into blending teas right here in Texas. A bold, full-bodied black tea, Rakkasan Breakfast is perfect morning, noon or night (if you can handle the caffeine). What makes this aromatic selection truly special is its global character: The blend is derived from three superior black teas hand-picked in the Colombian Andes, from ancient wild tea trees in Vietnam's far northern mountains and in Bangladesh, just across the border from Darjeeling. You'll be hard-pressed to stop after a single cup!

Amount: 2 grams of loose tea per cup of water (a pinch)
Temperature: 212 ̊ (A full, rolling boil)
Steep time: 3 - 3.25 minutes
